I seriously hate making mistakes. It never fails to make me feel like i'm the lousiest guy in the whole world. That explains why whenever i'm giving a task i always push myself to achieve near perfection results.
BUT THAT NEVER SEEMS TO HAPPEN!
No matter how hard i try i will still screw up some time or another..WHY? =((
It happened again yesterday at work...
I was chosen to relief at J8 atrium sales yesterday as the cashier for the day. It was my first time working at atrium sales and i told myself in the morning that ''TODAY I WILL NOT MAKE ANY MISTAKES"
Especially making mistakes as a cashier, you have to literally PAY for your mistakes..and i've already paid for quite a few times *heart pain la*.
And so..i was concentrating during cashier work the whole day. i was quite satisfied with my work for that day as nothing really bad went wrong other den the screw up cashiering systems by the IT people.
Just when i thought the day is over, money tally, and everything is in place, i left work happily thinking that i had a wonderful day at work.
THEN!..my in charge called me..telling me that i had forgotten to do settlement. I was feeling so bad for my incharge as she had to re-on the systems all over again just to do the settlement for me.
*for those who don't know, settlement is the most important thing you need to do after a day of sales, it settles all the money thingy"
i seriously can't believe i neglected that. boy oh boy..DENNIS WAKE UP YOUR IDEA LA..
I could have been a world renown artist by now =)) tell me, what lies behind that broken smile...?
